Are these two sentences correct? If not, how to make them better? B tells A that he lives in a tall house. A: "You won't want to climb a lot of stairs when you get older." B:" I don't want to do it at my age now." B is in his thirties, and he is already tired of climbing the stairs.

The sentences are correct. I would add just one word to the second sentence: "I don't want to do it EVEN at my age now" "Already" also works.
