Hi Paul, It would be better to rearrange the sentence to read,"Those who will attend the exam please raise your hands." Or, you could write, "If you will attend the exam, please raise your hands." I have changed "raised" to "raise" because the speaker is asking a group, presumably the class, to collectively raise their hands in the present, so you need the present tense.
