I'd say the loveliest thing a kid has said to me was that I was a good listener,I wore my heart on my sleeve because most of the time people complement me with words related to appearance. It's always good to know there's someone that appreciates other traits of mine.

I'd say the loveliest thing a kid has ever said to me was that I was a good listener. I got emotional, because most of the time people only compliment me about my appearance. It's always good to know there's someone that appreciates other traits of mine.
Ola Thaiza. To "wear your heart on your sleeve" is more for a person who is always openly emotional, not really on a momentary basis. ComplIment - elogiar. ComplEment - complementar. "Someone that" is ok, but when talking about a person, it's more common to say "who". It's sad that it was a kid who said that, not an adult, but it's better than nothing! Keep practicing. Simón.

Your English is incredible Thaiza. I really nitpicked so it sounds as natural as possible, but your original wasn't incorrect at all. I hope this helps! ☺
