Hi Eric, good effort! Well done. Just a few suggestions….food doesn’t have plural = is always just food. You could also just say healthy food = good for your health 🙂

Eric apologies , I have to recall my comment. In this case you can actually use foods as you refer to different types which you then name. You could also say the 4 foods - meaning the 4 which follow……
