It could be:
My dear Cora this little
or
My dear Cora this title
If it is 'little', the writer has miswritten. There is only one 'l'. This is possible of course. People make mistakes.
I think it's more likely 'title' because you can see a - symbol after the word. Does this introduce the aforementioned title?
If you post a larger fragment, so there is more context, it will be easier to make it out.

Yes, "My Dear Cora, this little..."

I think it's "My dear Cora, this little..."
"Cora" is a fairly common woman's name, and commoner in the past when this might have been written.
The word "little" is puzzling but I think it's a kind of error common when handwriting. I don't think it's "title" because it would be an unusual word to find in this context, and because where the crossbar is written. Notice, too, that the writer neglected to dot the "i" (or is that an intentional "ligature?")
