Hi! One question here: Should it be 1)be committed to do sth, or 2) be commited to doing sth ? 1) or 2)?? Thanks!

To be committed to doing something Example: I am committed to writing a book. You can also say: To commit oneself to doing something, however usually it is in the form 'have committed oneself' or 'will commit oneself.' Examples: He has committed himself to eating this entire pizza. We will commit ourselves to leaving before noon.
