A girl says to someone she secretly love him that "break up with her. I won't have it otherwise."
What does "I won't have it otherwise" in this context mean?

It is like saying “I won’t have it any other way”. The girl is saying “Break up with her. That is the only decision I will be happy with, I will not accept anything else.”
