He seems rich or He seems to be rich Is the first sentence also correct? Is it ok to delete‘to be’ ? as rich is using to describe how you think about the subject ? Thanks!!

Both are correct in this context, because ‘rich’ is an adjective. But when the sentence ends with a noun, you can only use seem to be. For example: He seems to be a teacher. Not: He seems a teacher.
