Hello everyone. Today, I’m going to talk about health. Are you careful about
anything for your health? I don't care about my health at all. Lack of sleep and
an unbalanced diet have a negative effect on us. So I would like to talk about
my ideal healthy habits. First of all, let me introduce my daily diet. I always
eat a toast and a yogurt in the morning. When I have classes, I eat a lunch box
that my mother made. However, I love french fries and I work at a hamburger
restaurant so I go to fast food restaurants two or three times a week and eat
french fries and hamburgers. Also, I often go to Starbucks. My favorite drink is
white mocha. These days I drink it with the largest size cup. I sometimes eat
out for dinner with my friends, but I usually eat dinner at home around 23:00
because of the part time job. I didn’t like vegetables and fish since I was
little, so even now I rarely eat them. Don’t you think my daily diet is
unhealthy? Second, my ideal diet is to eat different kinds of vegetables and law
fish like sushi and seafood rice bowls. In addition, not to eat too much fast
food. This is very hard for me, but I want to try it. Third, other things I can
do for my health are moderate exercise and enough sleep. When I was a high
school student, I belonged to the cheer dance club, so I exercised almost every
day. However, I don’t exercise at all now and usually only sleep about 5 hours.
So I’m always sleepy. I think I should sleep at least 7 hours and go to bed
before midnight. Moreover, I want to keep my heart healthy and want to spend
time with my friends and doing what I like to avoid stress. In conclusion, to
keep your body healthy, it is important to eat a balanced diet, get enough
sleep, exercise moderately, and avoid accumulating stress. I have to reconsider
