Today is cloudy. It has been a long time it didn't rain here, all the plants are going to die. One of the tree near my house is dying, even though it starts to rain a little from yesterday, the tree still has yellow leaves and it won't never turn back to green again.

Today is cloudy. It has been a long time since it last rained here. All the plants are going to die. One of the trees near my house is dying; even though it has started to rain a little from yesterday, the tree still has yellow leaves and it won't ever turn back to green again.

Nice writing! Just a note, if you say “won’t never”, that’s more of a slang phrase. It’s not suitable for formal writing or speaking, but some people do talk like that in everyday speech. I hope the weather gets better wherever you are 😥
