Hi everyone! Could someone please explain to me when the "come (season)" structure can be used? Is it formal or informal? Is it used mainly in written or oral form? For example, can I say "Come summer and I'm gonna indulge in dancing and meditation"? Many thanks in advance!

Yeah, it's a funny structure. You can use it for any time, not just seasons. "come TIME" basically just means, "when TIME arrives". Come Sunday, I'll be going to dinner at my parent's house. Come 5 o'clock, I'll be heading home. It's probably considered somewhat informal, and possibly a little old fashioned.
