“δεν μιλάω πολύ καλά ελληνικά, συγνώμη αν υπάρχουν λάθη” is this an accurate way to say “my greek is not good, sorry if i make mistakes”?

Hello Cadey! Excellent try! The absolute correct form of the sentence would be:
"Δεν μιλάω πολύ καλά ελληνικά, συγγνώμη αν κάνω λάθη"
As for the phrase "Feel free to correct me" we could say:
"Διορθώστε με ελεύθερα".
