Hi, everyone)))
Who know, what's mean a phrase " to lick the Liberty Bells"?
I have seen it in one film, and didn't understand.
By the way, I'm also looking for English partner....If you interested in cultural exchange, or just want to train your speaking, feel free to write me.

Well, the "Liberty Bell" is a famous landmark in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA. it dates back to the American revolution.
I'd have to know the context of the phrase to really know what it would mean.
Hope that helps a little.

The Liberty Bell is a historical symbol of American Independence from the mid 1700’s. It’s located in Philadelphia, and you can Google that for more information. To “lick” the liberty bell is a TV sitcom invention; i.e. in “How I Met Your Mother” Barney comes up with the idea. But, it’s not a real thing. It was just a silly sitcom plot. In reality, the Liberty Bell is behind a guarded area, metal detectors, and a physical barrier. You can see it, but you’re not supposed to touch it. There is no “kissing” the Liberty Bell.
