Today,I am watching the Tiktok,and I find the interesting subject of a talk.Love yourself.You need to deal with your mood,and leart to get along with yourself,you need to accept your emotions.When if you feel so angry,you can ask yourself some questions:one,what's wrong with me?two,why I am so angry?three,does this emotion make sence.When you ask yourself those questions,you may not be so angry,you will calm down and think about it.When you find the problem,may be this problem will be solved.
