Our consciousness leads us to this place for us just to re-experience all those key limiting patterns. Before, we just follow them. We just immerse ourselves in them, and do things without our consciousness. But this time, we have the opportunity to things differently.

Please help me correct this.
Our consciousness leads us to this place so that we can re-experience our key limiting patterns. In the past, we simply followed them. We immersed ourselves in them and acted without awareness. This time, however, we have the opportunity to do things differently.

Your ideas are philosophical and well developed. You communicate an abstract concept clearly, which is a sign of advanced writing. Most of the corrections involved making the English more natural and idiomatic rather than correcting grammar. Excellent work! 😊
