I chose B because that's the best match of the three, for the situation you described. But personally I would rarely be so forward. I would rarely be so presumptive of the other person's interest in engaging in conversation, and I would try to be more humble - not diving in by talking about myself first - unless I'm on a date or attending a formal meeting where it's important to identify myself immediately.
Instead, in most situations, I would break the ice with something like 'How's it going? You alright?' ... But in a low tone, so it becomes a greeting rather than questions that need answering directly. After this, if the other person appears interested in engaging in a conversation, then things can progress politely without anyone being embarrassed or seeming unhumble.
But that's just my style. Other people are typically more braggadocios.
