This country wants to reach so called "herd immunity" - that is, when so many people have already had the virus, or they are vaccinated, so they have antibodies and the virus has nobody to infect. However, they say that there is a long way to that and that it is possible for the situation to first get worse and to get better after that. I hope this helped :)
