My colleague can't open the word.doc format. That's why I make screenshots of the materials inside and send them one by one.

Let’s make small changes to your tenses too in the final sentence..,
How about this ?
That’s why I’ve made (present perfect) and am sending them (present continuous).

I’m sending you the document one part/piece at a time. (Maybe you could say ‘I’m instalments’)
