I have heard about it. People say that It's a good one for ILETS. I would like to know one thing. I'm not preparing myself right now for IELTS. I would like to enhance my speaking, listening and writing skill to communicate with people. Will this book good for me? Is it worth buying?

It should do as Cambridge set the test.

It will help but you are better off studying with a teacher. They will help to assess your current level and advise on any recurring mistakes that you may make, which could affect your band score.
