مدرّسFrom all the healthy relationships i have seen around me as cliché as it sounds, I think the key to a healthy relationship is trust and friendship. They're your best friend. You should feel like you can rely on them. Respect is equally important. You can’t be with someone you don’t respect.
I also feel that people often have long lists of what they want in a partner but they don’t focus on becoming that person themselves. A healthy relationship also feels emotionally safe and there is no confusion. You can share anything without fear, and the other person tries to understand you, not attack you. You both are like one team building a life together. If someone is playing games, acting superior, or creating confusion instead of clarity.. that would never lead to a healthy relationship. Healthy relationships make you feel secure and sure, not anxious or unsure. Unhealthy ones usually involve misaligned values, lack of maturity, disrespect, and game-playing (what people today call red flags.)
Choosing the right partner is one of the most important decisions you make in life because you are building your future with them and the wrong one can deeply affect your peace, your growth, and your overall quality of life.
