Tennis: My Favorite Exercise Tennis is my go-to way to stay fit and happy. Every time I step on the court, I leave stress behind, focus on the game, and get a great full-body workout. It teaches me patience and resilience—skills that help me both on the court and as a language teacher. I love sharing my tennis journey with my Italki students, and it reminds us all that progress, in sports and in learning, comes from showing up and keeping going.

I used to practice tennis long ago, it's pretty good for stamina indeed.
