Hi everyone! I'm Michelle from Sydney, Australia. I'm an English and German teacher here on italki. I specialise in teaching English for confident communication with native speakers and in-depth explorations of the ins and outs of the German language for English speakers. I have an enormous amount of teaching experience, as I taught mathematics for over 20 years before switching my focus to language education. I love helping my students develop confidence in their target language, and as a language learner myself (currently learning French, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese), I completely understand the challenges associated with learning a new language and how best to overcome them.
