Here in Thailand, we have a kind of banana that is so good and is made for dessert. It’s called “กล้วยน้ำว้า glûuay-nám-wáa”. This kind of banana is short and small. I like to make boiled banana. It can be your healthy snack and it’s very easy to make, just put bananas in hot boiling water and wait for 30 minutes. Another recipe I tried for my birthday last weekend was a banana loaf with some nuts and oats. It was very good. 😊😊😊
