Could anyone plz check if this dialogue is grammatically correct and natural enough?
A: Now I got it. You must go through huge pain with these works every day. I wonder why don't your boss add an extra person to ease your workload? Maybe it would cost him more and he wants to earn double profit by giving you lesser salary. It wouldn't create a problem on you if he raised your salary a bit. I mean the burden you get from your workload, a little bit pay raise would mitigate it.
B: This is just the tip of the iceberg what you have seen. Nothing much what I deal with every day. You would faint from these workloads if you were in my shoes!

—when work means ‘job’ or ‘task’ it’s always singular, never plural. We only use it in plural when referring to ‘works of art,’ ‘works of literature’ etc.
—‘little bit’ can’t be used as an adjective; it can only be used as a noun phrase or adverb. So you can say for example, ‘a little bit tired’ but not ‘a little bit money.’ You could say ‘give me a little bit more money’ or ‘raise the salary a little bit’ because in those sentences it’s being used as an adverb.
