Today, I had a great time. I had a look around a university, and I was able to know of college. Also, I ate fruit sandwiches in the cafe of college. It was delicious, I love it. I went to Italian restaurant for lunch with my friends of university. I was really happy today, I want to become friendly more with my friends.

In US English, we use "collage" and "university" almost interchangeably, but I cannot be sure if that is what you are doing here. Also, whether you put a "the" in front of "university" depends on what region of English-speaking place you are in, so don't worry too much about that. I could not understand what you intended to say in your last sentence. I can take it literally, in which case it sounds strange but not wrong; however, if I take it that way it doesn't sound like anything a person would say. So perhaps rephrase to make your meaning clearer.
