One Question about a simple sentence. Goods are dispatched within 24 hours of your order reaching us.(original) Question: The prepositional phrase "within 24 hours of your order reaching us",if changed into a sentence, would be understood as: Your order will reach us within 24 hours. Is that right?

Goods are dispatched within 24 hours of your order reaching us = After we receive your order, it will take us no more than 24 hours to send the goods. I hope that helps!

For my part, it can’t be understood in this way. It means that we will deliver the goods in 24 hours as soon as we receive your order.

In my opinion, you can't literally change a clause into a sentence. By definition, a clause isn't a sentence. Your example is grammatically correct, but does not mean the same thing as the original clause.
