This chart goes both ways. The Creative Bee posted this for expanding vocabulary which is fine to a point, but 350 million people speak hashtag#English as a first language and 1.5 billion use it as a learned one. Successful hashtag#communication is not the sole responsibility of the non-native English speaker. In an international English conversation the native English speaker has to consider NOT using the vocabulary on the right if their intention is to converse effectively as opposed to dominate or intimidate. If this thought just made you cringe, consider how much money you are costing yourself or your company by ostracizing and shaming 1.5 billion customers.
