She is Winnie the Witch and her black cat wilbur. This is my daughters favorite book. We read it almost every night. In this picture we can see Winnie blowing the candles her marvellous birthday cake. She is taking her magic wand because she has just made a magic spell. All her guest had to think about their favorite cake, then Winnie said Abracadabra! and there was! an enormous cake with many layers of differents kind of cakes appered!
