Are both sentences grammatically correct? I haven't found a perfect dress yet. I still haven't found a perfect dress.

Correct, but we probably want to use the definite article in this context (suggested by the word “perfect”). Note that there is a difference in meaning / connotation between the sentence with “yet” and the one with “still”. Can you tell me what the difference is? (We could tell you, but if you try to explain it yourself, you’re five times more likely to remember it — even if your guess is wrong.)

Yeah, the word "yet" has three meanings 1) still 2) further(when sth annoying) 3)but I have not paid the bill yet=still Snow, snow and yet snow= (kinda "more") The street was dark, yet I slowly found my way =but
