I take what Alibaba has been doing as a good example for environmental protection. It runs a virtual forest named “ant forest”in AliPay to interact with their consumers, every time the users take specific actions like paying or walking, users can get “green energy”from that to water their trees in virtual ant forest, and Alibaba will plant trees in real places which are very lack of trees in China after users finally gain the enough green energy for planting trees. I found it interesting since it can also bring people a feel of fulfillment, I guess this is why it has become a popular and meaningful social game in China.
