Recently, it’s been hot. That’s why I want to eat an ice cream everyday. Even now, I can’t stand this temperature. I’m worried if I can endure this summer’s heat 🍦

Hot and warm are synonyms. You only pick one or the other. Warm is usually used when the weather is bearable, while hot is more intense. You don’t need but in the 3rd sentence. But is followed by something contradicting(opposite). ‘And’ is an acceptable correction but also not necessary.
