Do you post selfies on social media? I used to do occasionally as a joke of my round face and fatty face, but one Psychology article pointed that posting a selfie is an indication of narcissism. I recently realized my inner voice is in turmoil in terms of appearance. For example, my inner voice often tells me "you are ugly and fat'' and "Oh, my face is disgusting and I can't see it"; however, my inner voice sometimes says "Today's a good condition of my face. You look good and cute". What is a normal state of my inner voice?, by the way. I admit when I was on Instagram, I'm narcissistic and self-absorbed, but outside of it, I'm not.
