Many people add soy sources to white flesh fish on sushi. But if I do that, I can't understand the tastes of raw fish. Especially white flash fish is a simple taste. so I think it's better to add salt than add a soy source It's like using red wine with white flesh fish. Of course, the red flash fish of raw matches salt.

Good work, a nicely adjusted amount of wasabi also goes well with whitefish without masking the flavor.
