I like vegetables,unfortunately we use oil for cooking foods in my country and I think it doesn't good for health we occasionally frying vegetables and meet for cook food after that there isn't heal

I like vegetables. Unfortunately, we use oil for cooking in my country and I don’t think it’s good for my health. We occasionally fry vegetables and meat. After that there isn't healthy food. I like boiled foods without oil. Do you like to eat boiled food or fried food?
