Italki is mainly a way to connect teachers with learners. Obviously, teachers are not for free.

You have also other options, like this forum or the Notebook and Answers, where you can write and get answered/corrected.

There is also the possibility of finding partners to cbat with, but lot of people say it is not working very well.
