Most of the entries in Urban Dictionary are jokes. Anyone can add an entry to Urban Dictionary, and a lot of people just try to add funny definitions. Look up any random 'normal' English word to see what I mean. 

Urban Dictionary can be useful for looking up obscure slang you don't recognise, but treat everything you read there with a grain of salt.

You could add any Chinese word or phrase you wanted to Urban Dictionary right now. That doesn't mean that that word/phrase is in English, just that you decided to add it to Urban Dictionary! "No zuo no die" might have been added by a native Chinese speaker, or by an English speaker who heard it from their Chinese friends.

The fact that Urban Dictionary is the first result when searching for "no zuo no die" in Google suggests to me that the phrase probably isn't used by English speakers at all.

In other words, if you hear a strange word and you're unsure of the meaning, urban dictionary might help. But I do not recommend browsing that website looking for new words, otherwise you will learn a lot of silly words that nobody understands :)

Are these words really in The Urban Dictionary?  Yes.

Is this significant? No.

Just because someone has put something in The Urban Dictionary does not mean that this phrase has entered the the English language. Remember The Urban Dictionary is not really a dictionary - it's a site where people put up joke phrases and try to be as rude and silly as possible. About 90% of the things you see on this site are nonsense. If something is entered into the Oxford or Merriam Webster dictionary, for example, this is proof that it is an accepted part of the language. The same cannot be said of The Urban Dictionary !

In fact, Jmat made a very good point when he said that if The Urban Dictionary appears as one of your first search results, this could be an indication that a phrase <em>isn't </em>really part of the language.

None of these words are used or understood outside the Chinese community.
