Update failed in notebook

I've recently joined the community, and uploaded 2 updates in the notebook section.

When I tried to upload the third, and clicked the "finish" button, there appeared an warning saying "update failed" in the upper middle of the screen.

Does anyone know what is going on and what shall do to deal with it?

I have the same problem! I even tried on different devices; it doesn't make a difference.

This is happening with me right now. It's my first entry and I was so excited to post it but it just keeps saying "Update failed"

so frustrating :/ I demand a response for this.
