I would like to introduce new constitusion with two points:
1 I am always correct!
2 If not, see point 1.
End.

Probably, I am an idealist...Because the leader alone can not break the vicious system... But I would tighten the law on corruption. I think punishment has to be really severe... Maybe a life sentence.
