Lan word is coming from the Turkish word oğlan which means the son and in the time to call someone it's being lan. In addition Ayol exclamation word is coming from Ay oğul which means that O my son.

Believe it or not, salty means expensive also in Italian. It would be salato.

+ answer with slang words (sorry about that :D it's just an example): Kanka harbiden on numara yazı olmuş valla, adamsın. ("harbiden" means 'gerçekten', "on numara" means 'perfect', "adamsın" means 'you rock' or directly 'you'r the man'')
