Help With Chinese(mandarin) grammar???? quickly please?? I would much appreciate it.

I have to write 12 sentences of dialogue for my class, here are the first 7:

你好！我姓洁，我叫洁樱。今天早上我打电话, 但你不回复。昨天我们中午预订了座位。我预订了晚上十点一刻的座位。我们预订一共是六位。我们预订六楼包房。我们常常吃晚饭这里。

I also want to add this:

我们的包房看一下和清洁包房。

which I want to read: "Take a look at our private room and clean it.", but I am almost 100% sure the grammar is incorrect.

Any suggestions of sentences to add would also be much appreciated.
