You can keep and maintain your English skill by using it as a part of your daily life. I think English is your essential part as professional teacher. On the other hand, Jspanese isn't like English for you. So I'd like to recommend you to have some motivation to learn. The most effective way is having Japanese friend who can speak English, if it's not easy, how about having a hobby like watching Japanese anime or Japanese TV programs broadcasted by NHK, etc. If these tips don't suit to you, please feel free to ask me.
