How can I make my spanish accent disappear? I need tips, is crazy how people can identify me as a spanish every time that I start speaking english. I don't want to be a native speaker I just want to sound less spanish. What do you think is the common problem of the spanish speakers? Doesn't matter if you come from another country, if you have tips to improve my british accent I'll be more than happy to read them!

PART I:
Ellis is correct about the schwa -- the most common sound in English that no one has ever heard of ;)

Asunción, you need knowledge (or a knowledgeable expert to help you) and practice. It’s not about making anything “disappear” or *losing* your Spanish accent — keep that for when you’re speaking Spanish. What you need is to *acquire* the phonology of the English language.

PART II:

One thing you can do to get started would be to record yourself and post the link as a discussion — you’re certain to receive a lot of free help from the community.

You may want to use “The North Wind and the Sun” — it’s familiar to many people and phonologists are used to using it, so we can spend less time guessing at what you’re saying, and more time analyzing the pronunciation.

Text (version from Wikipedia):
The North Wind and the Sun were disputing which was the stronger, when a traveler came along wrapped in a warm cloak.
They agreed that the one who first succeeded in making the traveler take his cloak off should be considered stronger than the other.
Then the North Wind blew as hard as he could, but the more he blew the more closely did the traveler fold his cloak around him;
and at last the North Wind gave up the attempt. Then the Sun shone out warmly, and immediately the traveler took off his cloak.
And so the North Wind was obliged to confess that the Sun was the stronger of the two.

Including IPA for RP (“Standard British pronunciation”)

Including IPA for American pronunciation. (Note that the form “shined” is, IMHO, wrong (for the intransitive). It should be “shone,” as in the RP transcript above):

For uploading the audio, https://vocaroo.com works very well, and doesn’t even use java or .

Whenever you guys pronounce (I have native Andaluz accent yep) words with S, you start with Es, and that's one thing. Secondly, ← like this word, you always say, secOnTly, instead of secndly. So yes you need to listen more carefully to pods and recording. If you need real help I can teach and correct you over the VC. Good luck.

I would say you could watch a british TV series. I improved my english by watching a complete TV series from Texas and sometimes people ask me if i have lived there :D ( but actually i am not a fan of the accent). Now, i learn german and i have made peaces with my accent. My boyfriend is german and when he speaks spanish with me,  i think it sounds beautiful even though he speaks with a strong german accent. You should consider that too :) i bet your accent is also beautiful.
