Characteristics of people you keep a distance from?
Like what makes you keep a distance from someone (whom you can classify as a "toxic person")?
If I start first, I would say:
- Those who have a lack of empathy and are ready to degrade other people who are less fortunate.

I'd be tempted to turn this question on its head and say: what kind of person is not toxic? Who do I not avoid? It would then be a much shorter list. How to describe people who I do not avoid? Hmmm...

Non perverted
Calm
Natural
Serious but lighthearted at the same time
Quiet but warm and open at the same time
Relaxed, not very uptight, but not sloppy lazy either
Caring, but not overtly so
Attentive from within, but outwardly passive
