do you often go to bed late?

It depends on what time you view is 'late'
When i was in high school i'd stay up till 3 or 4 in the morning watching MTV. Now that i'm in my mid 30's... i get tired by 11pm. I also have health issues so..it kinda depends on my energy level of that day if i'm real tired i'll go to bed even earlier than 11pm.

I somehow cannot sleep all night. I consider myself a night owl but I am planning to change that.

after my son was born, i do not sleep so late

I don't have certain time to go to bed , sometimes I sleep really early like 10pm and sonetimes (like now) I can not sleep and Im awake up to 3 am :|

Hi, Guo. I go to bed very soon because I should go to work. But If it's a holiday, I'll be late.
