Completely different. Actually, my life would even be absolutely, totally different if I was born in another city. Or in another district.

I think in which  country be born is not actually that important. Its the family you are born in decides your fate, not the country. You can be born in country run by criminal syndicate where 90% of population  spends less 2$ a day, but  if you born in wealthy privilege family your  life would be much better than if your were born in rich developed country but your parents are abusive and have issues with substance abuse.

Probably my life would have been better if I were born and raised abroad
