I know a good French website to learn grammar and practise grammar/vocabulary exercises for free. It has exercises from beginners to advanced levels. However, the site is in French so I don't know if it might help you.

Tex's French grammar (from the University of Texas) is pretty good for grammar: https://www.laits.utexas.edu/tex/gr/overview.html there is a scroll down menu with specific topics.
