Dear all,
This one is for all of them, those who are trying to find a native language partner. I mean, every day the discussion section is full of these topics. But let me tell you one thing from my experience of two these two months, you have to keep practicing if you want to be good at certain skills.
I have joined two- three groups, initially every member was excited to learn, but after a week very few were interested in learning. Then after a few more days, the group was just a waste of time. All you can see in that group is - "HELLO", "GOOD MORNING" and "GOOD NIGHT". And these people are the same people, those who were once really excited and serious to learn a language.
All I want to tell you, it's good to have a fire, it's good to have a zeal to learn but please try to maintain this until you learn it.. until you achieve it.
So stop wasting your own time and start learning.
PS- Don't mind the tone.
Placid disposition - Actually, the gist of the story is to stay motivated unless you don't learn it ... unless you are not confident .. And how one can do that? by practicing again and again. So when I used "to stop wasting time", I meant to say - stop zeroing in on native partners and start learning.
Than, yeah this what I am doing these days, recording my self and trying to figure out my problems.
