Working out sure..but don't forget to find some peace and quiet your mind with some meditation. It really helped me to relieve stress. Especially considering i didn't really believe in it in the first place.

I try to analyse different sources of stress I get in my daily life. So I will be aware how to protect myself and prevent stressing. 

As for me, doing some sport and reading are the best and useful ways to handle with stressful situation.

When a have stress i go to gym there are lots of friends we do together hear lots of songs the stress automatically clear up

Totally agree with you. I spend 45 minutes to swim or do excercies or talk with my friends. Sometimes I watch television or dramas, it also helps me better, like running out of current situation...
