I remember meaning of  vocabulary in English-japanese,English-Hindi , English-Thai . I give the time per day 1-2 hours for review each language. And read some text for learn new vocabularies. And find friend to have conversation by use the language that i learn before. But if don’t have friend or anybody to talk I will write diary. Or try to think in English or Japanese language. 

I believe you can do it. 😃keep it up. 

When I write down everything in these two languages and I am trying to remember as much as I can by using those words every day.

Easy, you just need to stop translating and start thinking in your target language; according to my own experience,  watching movies with subtitles in the same language could be so useful,  even if you want to learn more than one language at the same time.
