Try and write a sentence that is true about your life in each of the 12 tenses, it will help you understand how they are used.

oh god , I have the same problem , we have to flood ourselves with that tense .I think we have to read a lot and then summarize them and use them in our speaking

I had the same difficulty with French. It took a lot of notecard making, patience and time but in high school I eventually got the hang of it.
